Last Sunday (23rd), the community of Igrejinha witnessed a moment of pure joy and enchantment while the Children’s Court of the 34th Oktoberfest presented itself in its official attire. The little ones Bubchen, represented by Eduardo Siqueira Vingert, and Mädchen, represented by Manuella Kirsch Spelocin Correa, shone in their clothes during Dankenfest’s Oktoberfest Moment, held at Parque de Eventos Almiro Grings.
Costumes that celebrate tradition and joy
The costumes were meticulously planned to exalt tradition and represent the contagious joy of the biggest community party in Brazil. The idealization was in charge of Ana Paula Petzinger Kunst, wife of the president of Amifest (Association of Friends of Oktoberfest de Igrejinha), with the collaboration of Fernanda Wallauer, wife of the vice-president of the association. The clothes were made by the talented team of Sônia Moden Haus, an atelier from Igrejinhense.
Bubchen: Traditional charm
Eduardo Siqueira Vingert, the Bubchen of the children’s court, dressed in the traditional Bavarian costume, famous in Germany and often used at Oktoberfest in Munich. His attire consists of comfortable black leather pants, known as a lederhosen, adorned with green embroidery. The look is complemented by a green vest and two cotton shirt options: one white and the other plaid, in a light green tone. Leggings in shades of gray and green complete this charming outfit with style.
Mädchen: The sweetness of a beautiful dream
Manuella Kirsch Spelocin Correa, the representative of Mädchen, showed delicacy in her light blue dress. The outfit was carefully designed to reflect the essence of the girl living a beautiful dream at the party. The bodice of the dress is made of blue taffeta, richly embroidered with flowers, while the crepe fabric skirt features details in galon in the same tone. An apron in delicate lace, complemented by embroidery, further accentuates the beauty of this enchanting outfit. The blouses in pearly white fabric, with lace details and pearl embroidery, add a touch of elegance.
future presentations
Bubchen and Mädchen will have the honor of representing the 34th Oktoberfest of Igrejinha at various events across the region, as well as during official Oktober festivities. The costumes, loaded with meaning and tradition, will certainly bring even more brightness and joy to this celebration so beloved by all. The community looks forward to seeing them parade and sharing their infectious festive energy.
