Ingredients:
500g ricotta in pieces
4 whole eggs
1 cup of sugar
100g butter
½ cup of milk
1 pack of chocolate-flavored Adria Tartlet
1 box of strawberries (200g)
½ cup of sugar
Preparation mode:
– Beat the first 5 ingredients in the blender. Break 4 tartlets into pieces and add to the dough and mix gently. Place the dough in a small collapsible mold (20cm in diameter).
– Arrange the remaining tartlets over the dough, sinking half of the tartlet. Bake in the oven (medium) for 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
– Remove the paper and leave for another 10 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate until serving time.
– Heat the strawberries with the sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries cook a little. Serve over the gateau.
Chef’s tip: Serve hot if you prefer.
