Ingredients:
1 pack of Tartinhas Adria strawberry flavor
1 teaspoon (coffee) strawberry-flavored coloring
1 teaspoon (coffee) bicarbonate powder
1 tablespoon (dessert) vanilla essence
2 cups of sugar (tea)
2 tablespoons margarine, at room temperature
1 cup of milk (tea)
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder (coffee)
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 ovo
1 box of strawberries, to decorate
Preparation mode:
– Start by preparing the dough. Take ½ pack of biscuits to the food processor and blend until crumbly. Beat the egg, margarine, sugar and milk in a blender.
– Add the biscuit crumbs, wheat flour, vanilla essence and with the blender on, add the baking powder, bicarbonate and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
– Distribute the dough into paper cups, leaving room for the dough to rise. Place the paper molds inside the pie molds, place the molds in a baking dish and bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and set aside.
– Prepare the marshmallow. In a small pan, add the sugar, ½ cup (tea) of water and let it boil until the point of thread. Beat the egg whites until stiff and with the mixer still on, gradually add the sugar syrup and let it beat for 5 minutes. Add the food coloring, beat until well combined and set aside.
– Place the marshmallow in a pastry bag with the tip of your choice, decorate the cup cakes and finish the decoration with a strawberry shortcake cookie.
