Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons (45 grams) of butter
- 2 cups milk (hot)
- 1/2 package of Rooster Pasta Pasta
- 1 cup Creamy Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 (coffee) salt
- Screw Rooster Macaroni
Preparation mode:
Put the butter in the pan and let it melt. Add the pasta and add the hot milk.
Grate the Parmesan cheese. Add to macaroni and stir in cheddar. Season with black pepper to taste. If necessary, correct the salt.
For a creamier texture, add a little more milk.
