Ingredients:
Creme
- 2 excited
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 5 spoons (soup) of SupraSoy Without Lactose Banana Flavor dissolved in 480 ml of water
- 255 g SupraSoy condensed milk
- 200 g of lactose-free cream
Assembly
- ½ packet of lactose-free cornstarch biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of SupraSoy Original Lactose Free dissolved in 200 ml of water
- 300 g washed and chopped strawberries plus a few more whole ones to decorate
- 150 g grated coconut
Preparation mode:
To make the cream, beat the yolks, cornstarch, SupraSoy already dissolved in water and condensed milk in a blender. Place in a pan, bring to a low boil and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat, let cool, add sour cream and mix gently.
In a refractory or in individual bowls, assemble the pavé, interspersing a layer of biscuits moistened with SupraSoy dissolved in water, a layer of cream and another layer of chopped strawberries. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients. Cover with the grated coconut and decorate with strawberries. Take it to freeze.
Tip: you can replace the strawberries with other fruits of your choice, such as peaches or pineapples.
