Ingredients:
Massa
2 packages of grated and frozen cauliflower
3 eggs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Olive oil

Tomato Sauce
olives
sliced onion
mushrooms
mozzarella cheese
Preparation mode:
Add cauliflower to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 7 minutes. Let cool.
Place the cauliflower in the center of a large dish towel; bring the ends together in the center and twist to remove excess liquid.
In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, olive oil, eggs, almond flour, cheese, salt and Italian seasoning. Stir well until you form a dough. Grease the pan and preheat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the cauliflower and use the bottom of a metal cup to compress and spread the batter.
Cook for 8 minutes; while browning, separate the edges of the skillet with a spatula. As soon as a crust forms, turn the pizza onto a plate and place it back in the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add sauce, cheese and vegetables and cook for 3 more minutes. Slice and serve.
