The Pedal Dominguera cycle ride will be one of the attractions of the Pelotas 211th anniversary celebrations. The event, organized by the City Hall, is scheduled for Sunday, the 9th, at 9:30 am, departing from Largo do Mercado Público. Registration will take place on site.
The total route of the tour will be six kilometers through the city center. During the event, a campaign will be held to collect warm clothes and shoes AquecePel.
Check out the route of the cycle tour: Departure will be at 9:30 am from Largo do Mercado, following Rua 15 de Novembro to Rua Tiradentes, where there will be a turn to the left and continuation to the roundabout with Rua Garibaldi. Then, follow the contour of the roundabout and along Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira to Rua Barão de Butuí, where you will turn left again.
The route will continue to the bike path on Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek, turning right to Avenida Bento Gonçalves, arriving at Altar da Pátria, where there will be a stop for hydration and photos.
After the stop, the return will be along Avenida Bento Gonçalves towards the cycle lane on Rua Professor Araújo, continuing to Rua Voluntários da Pátria, where there will be another turn to the left and continuation to Rua Padre Anchieta.
Then, there will be a turn to the right and the path will continue to Praça Coronel Pedro Osório, where there will be a new turn to the right along Rua Marechal Floriano, until Rua Andrade Neve, where the group will turn left and continue to the Mercado Public, where the cycling tour will conclude.
