Tramontina opened its official store in Barra Shopping Sul, in Porto Alegre. Located on the Jockey Level of the mall, the unit measures 232m² and offers more than 800 branded products.
The Tramontina Store at Barra Shopping Sul is the third in the state and the first in a mall in Rio Grande do Sul. The other two direct brand stores are Carlos Barbosa’s Tramontina Factory Store and Farroupilha’s, both located in the municipalities of Serra Gaúcha, where the brand was founded.
Evandro Costa, general manager of Tramontina Store, highlights the desire to be closer to Porto Alegre residents “We have important partners who represent the quality and credibility of our products in their businesses. The objective of the T store is to serve as a complement to the retail experience and to strengthen the brand’s communication with end customers”.
In 2023, the opportunity arose to expand the presence in Porto Alegre and plans were accelerated. In addition to the store in Barra Shopping Sul, Tramontina’s second official store in the capital will open in September at Shopping Iguatemi. Both stores will offer qualified service by a trained team, which will present solutions and help customers in decision-making.
In addition, the stores will have the “Your Environment More Conscious” reverse logistics program, which will have collection points for Tramontina post-consumer products, packaging, electronics, home appliances, batteries of any brand. This service is now available at Tramontina’s official physical stores in nine Brazilian states.
