Inter’s Social Relationship carried out, on Saturday morning (01/07), a solidarity action at Colégio Estadual Paraná, located in Bairro Cristal, in Porto Alegre. The Criança Colorada nas Escolas Project, which aims to promote the human and integral development of public school students in the capital, delivered gifts from the Clube do Povo to the educational institution, which intends to use them to raise funds for renovation works.
Founded in 1966, Colégio Estadual Paraná serves approximately 800 students, from the first year of elementary school to the third year of high school. Most students come from low-income families and face socioeconomic difficulties.
One of the school’s priorities is to improve its multi-sports court, which is in poor condition and is jeopardizing Physical Education classes.
Saci made the kids happy
The Social Relationship visit had the participation of the mascot Saci, who animated the students and teachers present. The Criança Colorada nas Escolas Project is an Inter initiative that seeks to bring joy, citizenship and human values to children and adolescents in public schools in Porto Alegre, through recreational, educational and cultural activities.
