A São Leopoldo Animal Protection Secretariat (Sempa) will hold the Dog Adoption Space next Saturday, July 1st. The event will take place at Central Animal PET, located at Rua Marquês do Herval, 1340, on the corner of Avenida João Corrêa, downtown. The fair will be open to the public from 10 am to 1 pm.
During the event, donations will be accepted both for the Municipal Kennel and for animal protection NGOs. Feed donations will be intended for protectors facing difficulties to feed sheltered animals. In addition, various materials will be received for the maintenance of the kennel.
Those wishing to adopt a new four-legged friend can contact Sempa via WhatsApp at number 51 99766-6152 or call (51) 2200-0448, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm, to schedule a visit to the kennel. In-person service will also be available at the same time, at Rua Eduardo de Almeida, 1340, Vicentina neighborhood (Sempa), or through the Sempa page on Facebook. To adopt, you must be over 18 years old and present your identity card and proof of residence.
