Ingredients:
1 pack of Star Spaghetti
4 tablespoons of margarine
3 garlic cloves, minced
500g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
3 ripe tomatoes, skinned and seeded, chopped
50g green olives, chopped
300g hearts of palm, sliced
salt and chopped chives to taste
Preparation mode:
Start by preparing the braised chicken with hearts of palm. In a medium skillet, heat the light margarine and sauté the garlic.
Add the chicken, tomatoes, olives, heart of palm, stir gently and let simmer for another 3 minutes. Hit the salt, splash the onion and book. In a large pot boil 5 liters of water with salt.
Add the pasta and stir occasionally until the water boils again. Let it cook according to the time indicated on the package or until it is “al dente”, that is, soft, but resistant to the bite.
Drain the pasta, put it in a large refractory, add the light margarine, the braised chicken with hearts of palm, fold it gently with the help of 2 large forks and serve next.
