Ingredients:
– 80 g of Biscuit Maria Fortaleza
– 5 eggs
– 1 cup of milk
– 1 small spoon of yeast
– 3 cups of dulce de leche
– 2 cups of Finna Wheat Flour
– 1 cup of oil
– 1 ½ of sugar
– 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
– 50 g of margarine
Preparation mode:
In the blender, process the biscuit, forming a farofinha. Reserve. Again in the blender, put oil, milk, cinnamon, sugar, eggs and yeast. Mix the processed biscuit with the wheat flour and add the contents of the blender.
Unite the shape with margarine and wheat flour. Put the dough in shape and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and wait for it to cool down.
To assemble the cake, add the dulce de leche with a spoon as filling and pass the sides. Finish decorating with dulce de leche on top using a pastry tip.
