This Friday, June 23, in Nova Petrópolis, another edition of the Sabores da Colônia Festival begins, an event that takes place at the Events Center, with free admission and free parking. The Travellers, Katy Leal, Banda Rosa’s, Vox 3, Estribo de Prata and Grupo Rodeio are among the musical attractions of the first weekend.
In addition to the performances at the Claro Arena Show, the festival will feature cultural attractions, a fair with 60 agro-industries that will sell typical products from the interior, fresh bread and cakes baked at all times, and an 11 km walk that will pass through Nove Colônias and Zona birk. There will also be colonial games, seniors’ dance and German bands to entertain the public.
The Festival Sabores da Colônia is an initiative of the Municipality of Nova Petrópolis, in partnership with the Secretariats of Tourism, Industry and Commerce, and of Agriculture and Environment, together with the Farmers’ Union. The event is funded by Pró-Cultura RS, through the Culture Incentive Law.
