Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp Cukin Golden shortening or Salad oil
- 5 tablespoons Primor Wheat Flour
- 600 ml vegetable broth
- 100ml sour cream
- 100 g coarsely grated cheese
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the wheat flour and mix well, gradually add the vegetable broth and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower the fire, add the cheeses and hit the salt and pepper. Cook until you form a homogeneous mixture. Cut off the top of the Italian bread ball and remove the core. Fill with the cream ready and take it to gratin. Serve still hot.
