Ingredients:
3 cups corn (green)
7 cups of milk (tea)
1 chopped onion
4 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons bottle butter
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
2 sachets Chicken Broth Powder
A little Pepper with Cumin to taste
A little salt to taste
A little chopped cilantro to taste
2 tablespoons Yoki Cornmeal
Preparation mode:
Blend 2 cups of corn with 3 cups of milk in a blender, sift and set aside. Melt the butter and fry the onion and garlic. This stew will serve as a seasoning for the recipe for creamed corn with chicken.
