The second edition of the Employability Fair, promoted by the Gravataí City Hall, will take place in the Morada do Vale I neighborhood, on the next 6/20, Tuesday. Unlike the first edition, this time the action will be decentralized.
The event will take place in the Associação da Morada do Vale (Amoval) building, located at Rua Cônego Viana, number 129. The program will start at 9 am and will last until 5 pm, with the distribution of tokens ending at 2 pm. The expectation is to offer around 500 jobs, with salaries ranging from R$ 2 to R$ 3 thousand on average.
The mayor of Gravataí, Luiz Zaffalon, points out that employment is the best social program and points out that a large part of the city hall’s actions are focused on the development of the city, through the creation of opportunities for the population.
So far, approximately 20 companies have already confirmed their participation, offering job vacancies. Among them are human resources units that work in partnership with large companies, as well as traditional companies, such as Farmácias São João, which will offer vacancies for the Distribution Center inaugurated in the first half of this year.
In addition to employment opportunities, other services will be offered on site, such as the preparation of work cards. There will also be a laundry service with a solidarity hanger, making clothes available for donation to those interested in vacancies. The organization is looking for a partnership for make-up services.
Resumes
To facilitate the logistics of the event, interested parties are encouraged to take their resumes ready for the fair. Those who need help preparing their CV can contact the City Hall’s Social Promotion sector, located at Avenida Ely Corrêa, 675, until June 19, for assistance.
The City Hall intends to repeat the event every three months, also decentralizing it to other neighborhoods in the city. More information about the fair by calling 3600.7257.
