Capital Moto Week, the biggest rock and motorcycle festival in Latin America, will bring outstanding names to the main stage of its 20th anniversary commemorative edition. Marcão Britto and Thiago Castanho – Charlie Brown Jr. 30 years old, Nando Reis, Marcelo Falcão, Angra, Pato Fu, Jota Quest, Pitty and Supla are the confirmed national attractions. In addition to the Rock Saloon, Moto Bar and Lady Bikers themed stages, Capital Moto Week will present more than 100 shows between the 20th and 29th of July, at the Granja do Torto Exhibition Park, in Brasília.
The experience of the shows will be marked by the celebration of stories built over two decades, highlights Pedro Affonso Franco, festival organizer. To celebrate the spirit of freedom and adventure, Capital Moto Week will bring new features in terms of line-up and experiences, offering unique content, comparable to the major international festivals. The program represents the transversality of Capital Moto Week, which seeks to integrate different audiences, relating rock subgenres to the more than 800 thousand people expected this year.
“The idea is to offer a rock for every preference, just as there is a Capital Moto Week for every individual, which goes beyond music! We will have more punk attractions, like Supla, and pop from Jota Quest. From softer rock, like that of Nando Reis, to the heavier sounds of Angra. We will have those who made history, such as Pato Fu, and Marcão Britto & Thiago Castanho – Charlie Brown Jr. 30 years!, which bring back the nostalgia of the skateboarding era. Without forgetting to mention Marcelo Falcão, who marked generations. This 20th anniversary edition represents these encounters and reunions, which make the event what it is”, he emphasizes.

Marcão Britto & Thiago Castanho – Charlie Brown Jr. 30 years!: the festival will begin with the work of guitarists Marcão Britto and Thiago Castanho in charge of the celebration of 30 years of Charlie Brown Jr.
Nando Reis: the singer and composer brings to light, on the second night of the event, the poetic magic of his musical work, permeating his career spanning more than 40 years, among poetic parallels with partners throughout his life.
Marcelo Falcao: former vocalist of the band O Rappa, Marcelo will bring to the Capital Moto Week stage many reflections, new hits and nostalgia.
Cove: the power metal band lands at Capital Moto Week with “The Best of 30 Years” tour, celebrating their greatest hits.
Pato Fu: the Minas Gerais group Pato Fu, led by Fernanda Takai and John Ulhôa, has hits from their discography in their repertoire, in addition to re-recordings.
Jota Quest: another band from Minas Gerais, Jota Quest comes with a fundamental pop rock to compose the line-up of the festival with the tour “Jota25 – De Volta ao Novo”.
Pitty: Pitty will be responsible for closing the last day of the festival with a flourish, with the #ACNXX tour.
