Ingredients:
1 pack of Coquinho Pilar (300 g)
1 kg of wheat flour
3 cups of sugar
2 cups of oil
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of yeast
2 cups of milk jam
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 spoon of margarine
8 eggs
Preparation mode:
Purée the Pilar coconut in a blender, forming a flour. Beat the oil, milk, eggs and sugar in the blender. Remove the mixture from the blender and place in a bowl. Add the wheat flour, coconut flour and baking powder.
Unite a rectangular shape with margarine and wheat flour, put the cake dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait to cool down to unmold your cake. Divide the cake in half lengthwise. Stuff with the dulce de leche, place the other part of the cake and cover with the dulce de leche. Finish with dehydrated dry coconut. Serve next.
