Ingredients:
100g of gruyere cheese
100g brie cheese
1 tablespoon salted butter
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon wheat flour
150 ml whole milk
100g cream cheese
50g mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons of sour cream
1 medium Italian bread
Preparation mode:
Cut the lid of the Italian bread, remove the core until it’s a medium layer close to the wall of the bread. Reserve. In a pan, brown the onion in butter for a few minutes. Then add the wheat flour, milk and stir until you form the cream. Add the gruyère cheese, the brie, the cottage cheese and, lastly, the mozzarella and cream. Stir again until you give the point. Once ready, fill the Italian bread with cream and serve.
