Ingredients:
- 1 cabbage
- 600g minced meat
- olive oil to taste
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- thyme to taste
- 50g pitted olives
- 100g Portuguese sausage
- chopped parsley to taste
- 200g sliced mozzarella
- 200g sliced ham
- 100g prepared tomato sauce
- 1L prepared bechamel sauce
- parmesan to taste
Preparation mode:
In a pan, cook the whole cabbage, removing only the core. In another pan, add olive oil and brown the ground beef, then add the sausage, bay leaves, garlic and onion until wilted. Add the tomato sauce, chopped olives, season with salt and black pepper and finish with parsley.
Place the bechamel sauce, cabbage leaves, ground beef, slices of mozzarella, ham and white sauce in an ovenproof dish. Repeat the process again. Finish with grated parmesan. Take to preheated oven at 180°C until golden, decorate to taste.
