Preparation mode:
In a pressure cooker, cook the chicken breast in water and also add the bay leaves. After cooking, shred the chicken breast and set aside. Also reserve the chicken cooking water. In another pan, fry the onion and garlic in the oil, then add the chicken broth and a trickle of water, and stir until the broth is completely dissolved.
Add the cabotiá cubes, stir well and add a little more water. Let the pumpkin cubes cook well until they are soft. Then put the shredded chicken, paprika and tomato paste, and stir well. Cover everything with the chicken cooking water and add more if necessary. Let it cook well until the broth is a little more bodied. Turn off the fire and add the green smell.
