Ingredients:
- 1 pack of NISSIN Spaghetti 500g 5 minutes
- 3 cups cooked ham (diced)
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (tea)
- 20 grams of grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup of parsley (chopped)
- salt to taste
Preparation mode:
Farofa: in a pan, heat the olive oil and add the breadcrumbs, 50g of grated cheese and half the parsley. Stir well and correct the salt. Book the farofa.
Beaten eggs: in a deep dish beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt. Then mix well the rest of the parsley and grated cheese. Reserve.
Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the back of the package and set aside.
In a refractory greased with olive oil, place a layer of reserved spaghetti, a layer of ham and over another layer of spaghetti. Cover with the beaten eggs and finish with the farofa. Take to preheated oven to gold. Serve immediately.
