Ingredients:
500 grams of sweet potato
100 ml of olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
First, cut the unpeeled potatoes into not-too-thin sticks. Mix the oil with the spices and pour over the potato sticks. Bake the potatoes in a medium oven at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes or until they are very dry and browned. Serve with a ketchup of your choice.
