To apply for one of the 3 spaces for food or the only space for drinks, you need to apply by May 29th, sending an email to [email protected] with the Information Sheet (attached to the announcement) completed and the documents requested in the notice. The announcement is available on the Estância Velha City Hall website and contains all the information about the conditions and selection criteria.
In the Gourmet Space, you can offer visitors to the Book Fair options such as broths, hot dogs, hamburgers, cakes, pizzas, pastries, crepes, skewers (churrasquinho), sweets, sandwiches, popcorn, snacks, ice cream, potato dumplings, Pretzel. In the beverage sector, you can sell: Chopp, beer, sparkling water, still water, juices, soft drinks, energy drinks.
Preference will be given to entities, institutions and companies from the municipality of Estância Velha, but interested parties from other municipalities that meet the requirements of the notice may also participate.
