Ingredients:
- 500 grams of potato
- 500 grams of solid tuna
- 5 eggs
- 20 grams of olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 20 grams of sliced chives
- 30 grams of chopped olives
- salt to taste
Preparation mode:
First, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Cook the potato in boiling water with a little salt and in the same water, place the eggs. When the potato is soft, remove from the water and drain.
Then, coarsely mash the potato while still hot, peel the hard-boiled eggs and set aside. Season the mashed potatoes with salt, olive oil and lemon juice and after seasoning, add the tuna, chives, olives and stir. Finally, pass the eggs through a sieve or potato press and cover all the potatoes with them. Serve warm.
