On the Nossa Senhora de Caravaggio holiday, which takes place on Friday (26/05), retailers in Caxias do Sul, Flores da Cunha and Nova Pádua will have the option of serving customers with the presence of employees. To operate regularly, companies that are associated or not must obtain a certificate issued by Sindilojas Caxias as of Monday (5/22).
The certificate is available on the entity’s website for members who are up to date with their financial obligations. According to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) 2022-2023, employees can work for a maximum of 6 hours that day, receiving a bonus of R$149.00. This rule is only applicable to unionized employees in Caxias do Sul, Flores da Cunha and Nova Pádua. Non-union trade employees are only entitled to early leave.

For members of the retail trade category, up-to-date with the financial sector, the issuance of the certificate is free of charge and can be done through the Member Center.
For non-members, the request must be made by email to [email protected]. A bank slip of R$99.00 per CNPJ will be generated and, after payment, the certificate will be sent to the applicant’s email.
