Ingredients:
– 1 pack of Speciale Spaghetti Fino Vitarella
– 1kg chicken breast
– 5 garlic cloves
– 600g sour cream
– 300ml milk
– 70g grated parmesan cheese
– 70g grated provolone cheese
– 120g cottage cheese
– 70g chopped gorgonzola cheese
– Basil leaves
– Cherry tomatoes, to taste
– Coriander, to taste
– Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
Cook the chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper, in enough water to cover.
Combine with coarsely chopped garlic cloves and coriander. Once cooked, remove from the water and cut the chicken into cubes. Reserve. While the pasta is cooking, mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil until the cheese melts. Add the chicken cubes to the sauce, garnish with basil leaves and cherry tomatoes to taste.
