Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
300g semisweet chocolate
1 package of cornstarch cookies
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
chocolate shavings to decorate.
Preparation mode:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and set aside. In a pan, put condensed milk, butter and cream. Cook over medium heat until you form a homogeneous cream.
Add the melted chocolate to the cream and mix well. In a container, mix the milk with a little sugar and dip the cookies. In a removable background shape, forge the bottom and sides with the cookies.
Pour the chocolate cream over the cookies, cover with more cookies and repeat the layers until the cream is gone. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until the Charlotte is firm.
Develop and decorate with chocolate zest.
