Ingredients:
- 1/2 package of Semolado Feather Rooster Macaroni
- 2.5 liters of water
- salt to taste
- olive oil strands
- 2 cups spinach leaves (tea)
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cup yogurt (tea)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Preparation mode:
Put the water and salt in a pan. Let it boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package. Drain and place in a bowl.
Place the olive oil and spinach in a frying pan, sauté quickly. On top, place the onion and tomatoes. Season with salt. Add the yogurt and grated cheese. Mix well.
