Ingredients:
1/2 packet of cornstarch biscuits
2 cans of condensed milk
1 can with the same measure of milk
1 box of cream
4 eggs
80g margarine
150 g chocolate powder
Brigadier coverage:
1 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons chocolate powder
1 tablespoon margarine
To decorate:
1 pack of chocolate sticks
granulated chocolate to taste
Preparation mode:
Take the biscuit to the processor and beat until you get a farofa. Place the biscuit crumbs, condensed milk, the same amount of milk, cream, eggs, margarine and powdered chocolate in a blender. Beat until you get a homogeneous mix and book.
Unite a central cone shape with margarine sprinkled with wheat flour. Accommodate the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 50 minutes.
Brigadier coverage
In a medium pan, place condensed milk, chocolate powder and margarine.
Stir delicately until you get the point of soft brigadier and book.
Remove the brigadeiro from the oven, wait for it to cool and unmold.
Place the brigadeiro frosting on top of the brigadeiro and on the sides and decorate with chocolate sticks and chocolate sprinkles.
