Ingredients:
- 1 kg finely grated cassava
- 400 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of butter
- 100 grams of grated coconut
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode:
First, grate the cassava on a fine grater or pass it through the processor. Mix all the ingredients very well and in a greased and floured form, place the cake dough. Bake in bain marie for about 40 minutes in medium oven.
