Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Alegra Sliced Cup
- 1 french bread baguette
- 150g brie cheese
- 6 onions
- 50g of sugar
- 50ml white wine vinegar
- 50ml of oil
- olive oil
Preparation mode:
For the onion jelly: cut the onions into thin slices and place in a pan with the oil.
Cook over low heat with the pan covered until all the onions are wilted, without browning. Remove the lid and stir in the sugar, continue cooking over low heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and starting to stick to the bottom of the pan. At this point, add the vinegar and stir vigorously until the crust is clean from the pan. This process takes about 45 minutes.
Cut the baguette into 1.5 cm diagonal slices. Drizzle with olive oil and place in the oven to toast, without toasting. Cover each slice of bread with a spoonful of onion jam, cover with a slice of brie cheese and finish with a slice of cup.
