Chef Vivian Feldman made the recipe for shortbread chocolate cookies with berries in Harald’s latest live on Instagram. And we want to share all the tips with you so that you can reproduce these delicious cookies, perfect for an afternoon coffee with the family or to receive friends at home.
Ingredients:
cookie dough
- 285 grams of butter
- 145 grams of refined sugar
- 1 ovo
- 480 grams of wheat flour
- 20 grams of Cocoa Powder Melken 100%

- 250 grams of the Chocolate Milk Blend
- 50 grams of sour cream

- 150 grams of red fruit jelly

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add the egg and beat to incorporate.
Add the flour and the sifted cocoa powder and beat until it becomes a dough (does not stick to the sides of the mixer). Open the dough between two plastics and cut the cookies. In half of them remove a heart using a small cutter. Bake in medium oven (180 degrees) for 10 to 15 minutes.

Melt the blended chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Heat the cream and mix it with the chocolate. Book until signed.
Assembly
Over the whole cookies spread chocolate filling. Sprinkle icing sugar over the hollowed out cookies. Make “sandwiches” and fill the hearts with red fruit jam, with the help of a pastry sleeve and a small plain tip.
