On Thursday (27), the Municipal Athletic Association of Lajeado will host the 1st Municipal Conference of Peoples of Terreiro, organized by the Municipal Secretariat for Social Development (SMDS) of Lajeado.
The conference will have as general theme “Human Rights, Democracy and Decolonization: Contributions of the Tradition of African Afro-Umbandist Matrix”, and will approach three specific thematic axes.
In addition, the conference will include a lecture on the general theme and deliberations for the approval of the bylaws, as well as the election of delegates to represent the proposals discussed at the 2nd State Conference of Peoples of Terreiro, scheduled for July 1st and 2nd, 2023 in Porto Alegre. The event will start at 8 am.
