Ingredients:
1 can of MOÇA® Milk (or 395g box)
5 tablespoons NINHO® whole milk powder
1 GALAK® 80g tablet, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 can of NESTLE® Milk Cream
800g of Nestlé Classic® Semisweet Chocolate
1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ® Morning Soluble
8 chopped strawberries
1 pack of NEGRESCO® Biscuits
Preparation mode:
In a pan add the condensed milk, powdered milk, white chocolate and butter and stir until you get a brigadeiro consistency. Wait for it to cool down.
Add a can of cream, stir well, add plastic film in contact so as not to create a film, take it to the fridge and reserve.
In a bowl, add the chopped bittersweet chocolate and microwave one minute at a time until melted. In a round silicone mold, add the melted chocolate and brush it all over the inside, take it to the fridge until it hardens and do the procedure again 2 more times.
Remove the brigadier from the fridge, and with the help of a wire whisk beat again to make the cream more homogeneous. Make a layer of brigadeiro, a layer of chopped or whole strawberries.
Finish by adding the crushed cookies and finish covering with the rest of the chocolate, and take it to the fridge for another 1 hour. Remove sprinkle with powdered milk and serve.
