Ingredients:
- 1 kg of minced pork ribs
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 coffee spoons of sweet paprika
- 1 table spoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 ears of green corn, cut into pieces of approx. 3 cm
- 80 grams of onions and petals
- 1 liter of water
- 6 cherry tomatoes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon green chili powder (optional)
Preparation mode:
First, season the pork ribs with garlic, salt, black pepper and oil. On a low heat, add the ribs, add half the water, cover the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until all the water in the meat has dried.
When it dries and begins to take on color, keep mixing until the meat is golden and add the green corn and the rest of the water. Mix everything and let it cook again until the corn is cooked and the meat soft. Let it dry and, if necessary, add more water to finish cooking the corn. When it’s almost dry, add the petaled onions and cherry tomatoes.
Assembly:
In a medium refractory, add the ribs and corn. If you prefer, splash green smell or rosemary.
