The Grupo Mulheres do Brasil – Núcleo Porto Alegre brings to the Open Doors on April 25 the theme “Finance – Historical role in women’s lives: Investment for those who invested”.
The panelists will be Adriana Godim, investment advisor at Raro Investimentos, and Marisa Dornelles, partner at Real Investor Wealth Management. The event will take place from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm at Nau Live Spaces, and tickets are available at sympla.
The world of finance will be approached by specialists so that women who have never invested will understand the importance of planning and having financial health. Data show how much this theme is a marker of gender inequalities: according to the 5th edition of Raio X do Investidor Brasileiro, only 28% of Brazilian women invest their money, while 34% of men are investors.
Women were also identified as those who save less. Among the reasons for this scenario, the survey pointed out that women usually earn less in their jobs and need to dedicate more time to their families.
