Ingredients:
Hot
- 400g sugar
- 150g water
- 6 bananas talk
Massa
- 300g butter
- 480g refined sugar
- 480g wheat flour
- 40g corn starch
- 24g chemical baking powder
- 50g oil
- 600g milk
- 30g vinegar
- 300g eggs
- 40g vanilla paste
Preparation mode:
In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden. Add hot water. Let it boil until the sugar lumps dissolve and the syrup thickens. Place in a 25cm diameter mold and add the bananas cut in half.
For the dough, beat all the dry ingredients together with the butter, until it becomes a flour. Now enter all the liquid ingredients and beat until the dough is creamy and homogeneous. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Disinform from lukewarm to cold and serve.
