Ingredients:
Grapes Mimo Selection Victory
1 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 and 1/4 cups of warm water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation mode:
Combine yeast and sugar in a bowl with warm water and set aside. Add the oil. In another bowl, place the wheat flour and salt and gently add the yeast mixture. Mix well so that the liquids and flour are incorporated. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
Take a bowl and sprinkle with wheat flour, transfer the dough to it, cover and let it rise. It should double in size. Divide the dough into two parts and open the dough. Transfer the dough to baking sheets, cut the grapes in half and spread them out evenly. Throw the rosemary over it.
Let rest for another 10 minutes and take them to the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Remove them from the oven, brush with honey and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
