Ingredients:

- 210g cooked rice
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- 100g of ground pepperoni
- 10g of chopped sausage
- 1 clara
- 45g wheat flour
- salt to taste
- Black pepper
to bread
- 1 yolk
- 5ml of water
- breadcrumbs
Preparation mode:
Put the rice, the pepperoni, the cheese and the wheat flour in the bowl, mix until it forms a consistent dough. Soon after, add the salt and parsley and pepper. Take a small portion of the dough in your hand, add a piece of cheese in the middle and shape it into a ball. Dip in egg yolk and then in breadcrumbs. Repeat this process and fry in hot oil, 180°C.
