Ingredients:

500 g Speciale Lasagna Vitarella
For the Pepperoni Bolognese Sauce
300 g of ground pepperoni
1 piece of chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
500 g minced meat
Salt and pepper to taste,
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
400 g prepared tomato sauce
400 g sliced mozzarella cheese
Preparation mode:
In a pan, sauté the ground pepperoni with the chopped onion and chopped garlic. Then put the ground beef and let it braise.
Add the cilantro and tomato sauce and simmer until the meat is cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. On a platter put a little of the sauce on the bottom so as not to burn the macaroni, make a layer interspersing macaroni, sauce and cheese until the ingredients are used up, finishing the top layer with cheese. Take it to the oven until gratin the mozzarella cheese.
