Cipatex®, leader in synthetic coatings, is undergoing a restructuring of its marketing team. Rafael Bonvicine, who has been with the company since 2015, leaves the position of strategic account manager to take over product and marketing management. The team also receives support from Túlio Luiz de Andrade Daroz, who has been working for the company for 13 years.
With a degree in chemistry and production engineering, Bonvicine is currently pursuing a graduate degree in marketing with an emphasis on digital media. With specialization in R&D (Research and Development), the professional has 22 years of experience in this area and, in addition to managing strategic accounts, he has already been a technical consultant for Cipatex® products.
In the new position, Bonvicine will report directly to the commercial director, Rafael Pilon, and will have among his main functions the strengthening of Cipatex®’s branding and internal marketing, the creation and launch of new brands for the group, the increase of market coverage and integration between the marketing and product development teams, implementing strategies to present the company’s great potential for innovation to the segments served.
“I accepted this new mission with enthusiasm and confidence. We are and will be recognized more and more as an innovative, technical and fashionista group”, he highlights.
As part of the restructuring, the department will also have Daroz, who has a degree in publicity and advertising and a postgraduate degree in digital media. He worked for more than ten years in the company’s purchasing sector and in his new role he intends to bring his luggage and experience in the area to assist in the negotiation of contracts and services.
“The different experiences of the team bring great plurality to the department. This is very beneficial for us to develop strategies for a portfolio as diversified as Cipatex®”, he adds.
The team also comprises Bruno Somera, who has been with the department for five years. Since 2012 at the company, he started as an intern at the copy and correspondence center and went through the import area until he reached marketing.
Somera has a degree in business administration, an MBA in marketing management and a postgraduate course in digital media. “The reformulation in the framework should contribute a lot in actions that generate greater visibility, in campaigns more focused on products and on the customer experience”, he says.
