Ingredients:
-250 grams (half a packet) of cooked Adria Grano Duro Spaghettini
-30 grams of diced bacon
-50ml of sour cream
-1 ovo
-50 grams of onion
-1/2 clove of minced garlic
-40 grams of butter
-10 grams of chopped parsley
-Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
– In a deep frying pan, put the butter and fry the onion until it is lightly golden, then add the garlic and let it become golden too, set aside.
– Fry the bacon in a drizzle of olive oil.
– After fried, mix the already fried onion and garlic. Return to the heat and add the cream, let it heat up and add the capelline, when it is very hot, break the egg into a ramekin to make sure it is not spoiled, and then add it to the pasta, so that it cooks with the heat of the mass, at this point you can turn off the fire. Serve still hot.
– Spread parsley to give life to the dish.
