Inglesis, an authorial women’s fashion brand, presents its autumn winter 23 collection inspired by the sky and its transformations. Entitled Celeste and following the evolution and continuous transformation of Inglesis, the new line envisions a fashion season full of personality, being the biggest collection ever made by the brand.
“For this release, the main inspiration was the sky and its transformations, such as the simple daily sunrise and sunset, its colors, shapes and spectacles that nature presents us with. These changes represent how with each passing day, we have a different chance to live a new story, and that is the feeling that illustrates the colors and looks of the Celeste collection”, says Fernanda Inglesis, designer and co-founder of the brand.
Thinking of reflecting in the pieces all the feeling and atmosphere that the season asks for, the sisters Bianca and Fernanda Inglesis brought to the new drop items such as vests, tops, pants and blazers in cotton and with a very comfy chic and hi-low footprint.
The items arrive with several elastic waistbands, loose models and an aesthetic that flirts with the 2000s. For the color chart, the choices were classic and neutral tones such as black, white and beige.
In addition, shine also appears throughout the collection in details such as fringes, with light touches of metallic thread, and in the choice of lurex as the basis for some knitted designs.
The high points of the new line are the exclusive prints, always great protagonists of Inglesis. From an image of the sunset, Fernanda developed a jacquard – an age-old technique for forming a pattern through the loom of threads.
The design goes through several pieces of the launch and can be seen in skirts, dresses, pants, coats, shorts and even in kimonos with delicate fringes that enhance and highlight the technique even more.
