Ingredients:
– 2 cans of solid tuna in water
– 2 seedless tomatoes, diced
– 2 teaspoons olive oil
– ½ finely chopped small onion
– Leaves of 3 twigs of fresh oregano
– 1 pack of Traditional Piraquê Toast (142g)
– 100 g grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation mode:
– Place the drained tuna in a bowl and, with a fork, break it into smaller pieces. Add the tomato, olive oil, onion and oregano.
– Portion a little of the seasoned tuna on each piece of toast, sprinkle with mozzarella and place in a preheated medium oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
