Registration for Campo Bom is open for Rústica do Trabalhador scheduled for May 1st. The registration period, via the Wommer Running, runs until April 25, or until the limit of 500 participants is reached. More than 300 runners have already confirmed their presence.
The children’s races, with courses of 50, 100 and 300 meters, start at 3 pm; adult race, of 5 kilometers, starts at 15:30. Starts and finishes will take place at Parque Municipal do Trabalhador.
“Street races are a tradition in Campo Bom and, in each edition, hundreds of runners from all over the Region bring to the municipality. The rustic ones, and all the structure we make available for this practice, are incentives for more people to participate”, says mayor Luciano Orsi.
The organization of Rústica do Trabalhador is a partnership between the Municipality of Campo Bom, through the Department of Sport and Leisure (Smel), with Wommer Running. Secretary Eduardo Assmann points out that this edition of the event has the support of Arezzo, which will even participate with its racing group.
