The brand from Santa Catarina, Lalibela, presents its 23 autumn/winter collection, which explores the region of Andalusia, located in the south of Spain, rescuing its unique and striking elements.
Divided into 3 axes, the line highlights the cultural aspects of Córdoba, Granada and Seville, which reveal particularities of the Spanish region, such as prints, volume and emphasis on red tones with a characteristic modern touch.
“Producing Andalusia was an incredible and challenging experience. Our goal is always to represent different destinations with great mastery. This time, we studied cultural and regional elements of Spain to describe, through the pieces and the campaign, the essence of the region. Our concept model even took flamenco classes to get into the Andalusia mood,” shares Kaká Grossenbacher, founder of the brand.
The first axis is inspired by Córdoba, with lace and ample modeling in black, white and intense red. The various prints describe the region with a vast mix of polka dots, arabesques and the strong presence of the red rose as a floral pattern.
With a romantic look, Granada is part of the second axis of the collection, with shades of pink, light blue, green and cappuccino brown. Pieces in laise and linen are printed, in addition to embossed polka dots on the plumeti fabric.
Finally, inspired by Plaza de España, the Seville axis presents the vibrant and cheerful tones of the Andalusian capital with a strong reference to Spanish tiles. Emerald, grape, royal blue, pink and lime compose the palette of this line in embroidered laise pieces and even with the application of the richelieu technique.
