Ingredients:
300g of Easter egg – milk, bitter, white or a mix of them
2 boxes of Mococa Condensed Milk Mix
1 box of Mococa Milk Cream Mix
2 tablespoons Mococa Butter
2 boxes of strawberries
whipped cream to taste
Preparation mode:
Add the milk mixture and the butter in a pan over low heat, stirring slowly until it forms a brigadeiro consistency. Transfer to a platter and refrigerate until cold, then distribute the strawberries over the top.
Melt 200g of chocolate, add the cream mixture and mix until smooth. Then chop the rest of the chocolate into small pieces, mix with the still hot chocolate cream. Gently spread over the strawberries on the platter. Refrigerate and serve with whipped cream.
