Papel Craft invited stylist Isabela Capeto to jointly create an autumn-winter collection. Owner of a style that celebrates craftsmanship, color and appreciation of the Brazilian product, her pieces are handmade and always with embroidery and appliqués that make the clothing exclusive.
Faced with the stylist’s unique personality, Papel’s creative team brought details to the prints that conveyed this idea of manual work. A mix of colors, reminiscent of embroidery and textures, polka dots and beads, sum up the new partnership.
According to the creative coordinator, Marcela Barroso, the prints were worked to mix the points in common between Papel and Isabela. “Isabela works a lot with polka dots in embroidery, while we work a lot with polka dots in graphics. So we took a photo of an embroidery in her studio and put it on the print. The print with stripes, which is a Papel brand, arrives in this collection with photographic embroidery applications and fabric texture for embroidery, which bring Isa’s face to the collection”, she said.
The collection comprises stationery, accessories and fashion items: singer kit, notepads, A5 notebooks, toiletry bags, eyeglass holders, scarves, handbags, overalls and dresses.
