The last Easter weekend in Gramado is an exciting event full of activities. Known as Gramado Aleluia, this event offers an intense schedule in different parts of the city, providing visitors with a unique and memorable experience. The closing of the event will be marked by the Easter Concert with the Orquestra Sinfônica de Gramado. This concert will take place on Sunday, the 9th, from 11:45 am, in the beautiful St. Peter’s Church. It’s an unmissable opportunity to enjoy classical music in a historic and inspiring setting.
With the proposal to symbolize union and rebirth, the Orquestra Sinfônica de Gramado will present an exciting repertoire of works written for liturgies by renowned composers such as Bach, Vivaldi, Handel, Fauré and others. Conducted by the talented Bernardo Grings, the concert will feature soloists Elisa Machado and Felipe Bertol, in addition to the choirs Vozes de Gramado and São Pedro. This event promises to be an unforgettable musical experience for everyone in attendance.
In addition to the concert, other attractions promise to move Gramado. On Good Friday, the 7th, at 8 pm, the highlight of the program will be the Procession of the Steps, which will depict the via crucis of Jesus. On Saturday morning, the 8th, at 7 am, the 2nd Rabbit Run and Walk will take place, which will start on Avenida Borges de Medeiros. The traditional Easter Parade takes place on Saturday and Sunday, starting at 3 pm, also at Borges.
The show The Magical Kingdom of Easter continues with daily sessions, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 8:30 pm, on Rua Coberta, until Sunday, the 9th. Easter. The space sells handicrafts, gastronomic options and artistic interventions.
